Tax Benefit

Please retain your donation receipt for your records.

Refund Policy

Donations are generally voluntary and non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be considered in situations such as:

• Duplicate donation.

• Incorrect donation amount due to technical error.

• Unauthorized transaction reported promptly.

Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with:

• Donor Name

• Mobile Number

• Email Address

• Transaction ID

• Date and Amount

Our team will review the request and respond within 7–10 working days.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Cancellation Policy

As donations are voluntary contributions, cancellation is generally not applicable once the transaction has been successfully processed.
